Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how EasyAgentSite ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our platform and the real estate websites published through it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an EasyAgentSite account we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide (brokerage name, license number, phone number, social media URLs).

Website content. We store the text, images, and configuration you enter while building your site, including AI-generated copy, uploaded photos, testimonials, and service area data.

Contact form submissions ("leads"). When a visitor fills out a contact form on an agent's published site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message they submit and deliver it to the agent who owns that site.

Usage and log data. We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. EasyAgentSite does not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the EasyAgentSite platform;
  • Generate your published real estate website and keep it up to date;
  • Route contact form submissions (leads) to the appropriate agent;
  • Send transactional account and service emails;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Monitor and improve platform security and performance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use lead data submitted through agent contact forms for any purpose other than delivering it to the agent who owns that site.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform, with the following categories of service providers:

  • Database and file storage — Supabase (database and image storage);
  • Email delivery — Resend (transactional email);
  • Payment processing — Stripe, Inc.;
  • AI content generation — OpenAI (agent profile data is sent to generate website copy; OpenAI's data use policy applies).

Service providers process information under the terms and privacy notices applicable to their services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process.

4. Agent-Published Websites

EasyAgentSite is a platform that enables independent real estate agents to publish their own websites. Each agent site is operated by an independent real estate professional, not by EasyAgentSite. If you submit a contact form on an agent's published site, your information is delivered to that agent and is subject to their own privacy practices.

We recommend reviewing any privacy notices on the specific agent site you interact with. EasyAgentSite is not responsible for the privacy practices of individual agents.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Account deletion removes your operational account, website content, uploaded files and saved leads. We retain a separate, limited administrative record for deletion support and auditing: your name, email, phone number if provided, website name, original account ID, account creation date, and deletion dates and status. This record contains no passwords, authentication tokens, website content, uploaded photos or leads. Access is restricted to the owner or designated super-admins. It cannot restore your account, and it is not used to enroll you in marketing or other outreach.

These administrative records are subject to a separately configured retention policy and can be permanently removed by the owner. Removing them does not stop unfinished account cleanup. Minimal operational identifiers needed to prevent restored accounts from regaining access, billing records and existing backups are handled separately. Contact us to ask about retention or request removal of your retained details.

Lead data (contact form submissions) is retained to help agents manage their pipeline. To request deletion of lead information, contact us at contact@easyagentsite.com.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, or to close your account and request deletion of your data, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use session cookies and local storage tokens to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. Signing up or logging in acknowledges this necessary storage. We also use Google Analytics on our marketing pages and signed-in web application, including the administration portal, to understand page visits and dashboard navigation. Google Analytics can use cookies and processes technical information such as browser and device characteristics.

For visitors who are not signed in, optional analytics is off until you accept. Choose “Reject optional” to decline, or use “Cookie settings” in the marketing site footer to change your choice. Marketing pages do not display a floating cookie-settings button. For signed-in customers, optional Google Analytics is also off until you accept. You can change this at any time under Dashboard → Account → Manage analytics preferences; the signed-in dashboard does not display a floating cookie-settings button. Choices are saved in your browser, not in your account, so preferences may differ between browsers or devices. The administration portal continues to require an explicit analytics choice. We respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Withdrawing consent stops future collection but does not erase information already collected. Essential authentication and preference storage are not affected.

We do not send account names, emails, contact-form contents, authentication tokens, URL query strings, or customer-specific identifiers as analytics event data. Google advertising features are disabled. Customer public websites, including custom domains, are excluded from this Google Analytics integration; their existing privacy-first website analytics remains separate.

Google’s handling of analytics information is described in its Privacy Policy.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of EasyAgentSite after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, you can contact us at contact@easyagentsite.com.
