Terms of Use

EasyAgentSite provides software tools that allow licensed real estate professionals ("Agents") to build, publish, and manage personal real estate websites and to receive contact inquiries from prospective clients. EasyAgentSite is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate services.

To create an EasyAgentSite account you must be at least 18 years old. By registering you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the platform in connection with your real estate practice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

By signing up or logging in, you agree to the use of cookies and similar storage necessary to authenticate you, maintain your session, and remember your preferences. Google Analytics cookies are also enabled by default for signed-in customers on the EasyAgentSite platform, unless you have previously opted out or your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You may opt out at any time under Dashboard → Account → Manage analytics preferences without affecting access to your account. Visitors who are not signed in are asked to accept optional analytics before it is enabled.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on EasyAgentSite, including property descriptions, agent biographies, photos, testimonials, and other materials ("Agent Content"). By publishing Agent Content you grant EasyAgentSite a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content solely to operate the platform.

You represent and warrant that Agent Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain false or misleading statements, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

EasyAgentSite uses AI tools to generate suggested website copy based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it.

You may not use EasyAgentSite to:

• Publish false, deceptive, or misleading advertising or property information;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Violate any applicable fair housing or anti-discrimination law;
• Engage in spam or unsolicited commercial messaging;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools against the platform.

Real estate advertising is subject to regulation at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as by individual brokerages and associations. Requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction and include, but are not limited to:

• Display of real estate license numbers;
• Brokerage name and supervisory agent disclosures;
• Fair housing and equal opportunity statements;
• MLS and IDX attribution requirements;
• State-specific advertising disclaimers.

You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all advertising disclosure requirements that apply to your real estate practice in your jurisdiction and under your brokerage's policies. EasyAgentSite provides tools to display your license number, brokerage name, professional disclosure text, and Equal Housing Opportunity notices — but it does not determine which disclosures are required for your specific situation, and it does not guarantee that your published site complies with any law or regulation. When in doubt, consult your broker, legal counsel, or the applicable real estate commission.

EasyAgentSite does not provide legal advice. Nothing in these Terms or elsewhere on the platform constitutes legal or compliance advice.

Certain features of EasyAgentSite, including publishing your site, require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.

EasyAgentSite and its logo, platform software, and design are owned by EasyAgentSite and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the EasyAgentSite platform or brand beyond what is necessary to use the service.

THE EasyAgentSite PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EasyAgentSite AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REGULATORY FINES OR PENALTIES ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EasyAgentSite IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and your published site will no longer be accessible. You may request export of your content before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of EasyAgentSite after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
